Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

EU (including Italy) and United Kingdom: 7-14 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) or because of courier delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will look into it.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us right away, before the order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at velvethourstudio.co@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
