How fast does it heat up?
You feel warm air within seconds of switching it on. A small or medium room warms up noticeably within minutes.
Will it work with my sockets?
Yes, if you live in the EU or UK. It runs on 220–240V, 50Hz. Choose the EU or UK plug when you order.
Is it hard to install?
No. Mark the position on the wall (at least 1.8 m from the floor), fix it following the instructions in the box, hang it and plug it in.
Does it cool the room in summer?
It has a fan mode that moves room-temperature air. It is a fan, not an air conditioner, so it does not cool the air.
Can I use it in the bathroom?
Do not install it directly above or next to a bath, shower or sink. Always keep it away from water.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the EU and UK, with tracking on every order. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after shipping.
